Forearm Training

Need something new for forearm training? I have found this advice useful.

Instead of using towels however, I use this product, which works well.  Be careful to build up the weight and reps slowly, and warm up before doing the main sets; for example, doing a high rep dumbbell wrist curl set (with a full range of motion) serves that purpose well. You do not want to injure your wrists.
