Divide and conquer

High in the sky everything seems clear

Divide-and-conquer is a well-known strategy that keeps the masses in control.  

At times when the American nation is divided, we need to remember who benefits from the division. Is it the nation or the people who want to control the nation?

Try to see where unity can bring real impact in solving real problems such as these:

• There is no job security in this country anymore.

• We are fed toxic food, we drink toxic water, and we are exposed to toxic chemicals through our pots, dishes, bottles, clothes, couches,air.

• Seventy percent of the adults are overweight and obese, and therefore, they eventually become incapacitated by obesity-associated diseases and conditions such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome, diabetes.

• Our health care system is the most expensive in the world, and yet, the return for the price is less than this in countries with much lower health cost per capita.

• Our children sit in school for up to 10 hours a day, eat junk food in the cafeteria and at the same time, they are drugged with ADHD medications and receive zero vocational training.

• Our college graduates end jobless with hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt.

Are these problems enough for you? Are we going to solve them, if we are not united?
