Mental Effort And Strength Gains


I’m not sure what they mean by “mental effort,” but what about combining “high mental effort” with high intensity as well (for those fit enough to do it)?

I guess for those not trained, any intensity level will yield some gains, and a higher “mental effort” is better, but it would seem to me that intensity and progression are important for continued gains.

More study is required.
